7 tahun yang lalu...

Hari pertama bekerja bagi seorang perempuan muda yg baru saja menyelesaikan kuliahnya. Datang ke kantor dengan bersemangat dan penuh antusias.

Ketika sampai di meja kerja barunya, dia begitu bahagia. Meja , kursi putar, seperangkat computer , dan seperangkat alat tulis . Wwooooowww….diapun memandang penuh takjub meja kerjanya. Sambil menanti pekerjaan dari sang atasan,pikirannya pun menerawang.

“ Akhirnya aku bekerja juga, setelah 17 tahun belajar, dari TK sampe kuliah. Wuiiihhh bebas euuyyy…dah gag perlu belajar lagi neh... Sekarang saatnya bekerja.….mmm…, kira-kira seperti apa yah pekerjaanku. Kira-kira kasus apa saja yang harus kupecahkan yah . “

Tidak lama sang atasan yang telah dikenalnya , datang membawa setumpuk dokumen,CD dan buku-buku tebal. Diletakannya dimeja perempuan itu, dan berkata :

“ Sekarang, kamu pelajari dan pahami dulu semua sistem & prosedur yang ada di perusahaan ini.”

“ Mmm…i…iinnii..semmua pak? “

“ Ya. “

“ Seemmua ini pak? “

“ Iya ! Kalau sudah selesai kamu beritahu saya !”

Diapun memandang setumpuk dokumen, dan buku-buku tebal itu , dan bersumpah serapah dalam hati :

“ si8x?1n !! , a8jr8?t !!!, ku34*tt !! , mbo ya disuruh kerja apa kek gw !! Masa dah 17 taon belajar, sekarang disuruh belajar lagi ? Aarrggggghhhh !!!!!”

Hehehhee itulah saya 7 tahun yang lalu. Saat itu saya belum meyadari bahwa belajar adalah kegiatan sepanjang masa . Belajar tidak berhenti meski kita telah lepas dari bangku sekolah. Bahkan hingga detik inipun saya masih belajar. :)

    Loyalitasnya sudah tidak perlu dipertanyakan lagi. Belajar memang tidak mengenal batas waktu dan usia. Dan belajar tak melulu dilakukan melalui bangku sekolah. Meskipun kita telah bekerja tetapi belajar tetap perlu terutama untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan. Bukankah begitu?
