i found this quote in the email that i received from mailing list . it was like a big punch for me. i thought that i am strong but i was wrong . i am not strong yet, because sometimes i can not control my temper when i am angry.

maybe this will be one of my resolutions for the nexy year. controlling my temper when i am angry. sounds good :)
